Cornus alternifolia - Pagoda Dogwood
Structured branches form tiers with upturned ends silhouette against the winter sky resembling the roofline of a pagoda. Small white masses of aromatic flowers appear in early summer. Fall foliage ranges from bright red to purple. Works well as an accent in a border or as a specimen.
