Fern-like, compound leaves emerge bright pink in spring. Bright green summer colour makes an attractive backdrop for the ivory fluffs that stand above the foliage. More compact growth habit than the species, use in woodland areas, in masses, or as a foundation planting. Extremely cold tolerant, it needs regular watering until well established.
