Arctostaphylos Uva-Ursi 'Massachusetts' - Common Bearberry
One of the most cold-hardy of groundcovers, this selection is noted for its particularly small dense foliage. The lustrous, leathery leaves persist year round and take on a russet hue in fall. Come spring pearly pink bell shaped blooms appear followed by bright red berries that last from August through the winter. Grows best in well-drained soil.
